At Diwakar Education Hub, we strive to provide our students with high-quality books and learning materials, and we always endeavor to deliver the best quality and fastest services possible. To ensure transparency and clarity, our policies regarding return, replacement, and refund are as follows:

1. Replacement Policy (Applicable for Physical Books Only)

• A replacement will be provided only in the following circumstances:
  • The book is received in a torn or physically damaged condition.
  • The book is incomplete (missing pages or sections).
  • The book contains a printing defect or error.
• Replacement requests outside of the above-mentioned reasons will not be entertained.

2. No Refund / Replacement in Other Cases

• Except for the specific conditions stated above, there will be no refund or replacement under any circumstances.
• This policy applies strictly to maintain fairness and consistency for all students.

3. Courier / Delivery-Related Issues

• In case a shipment is delayed, stuck, or undelivered due to issues with third-party courier services, resolution may take up to 20 days.
• If delivery is not completed even after 20 days:
  • Students will be offered either a replacement shipment or a refund.
• In certain situations, we may also choose to dispatch a new set of books within the 20-day period to minimize inconvenience to the student.

Force Majeure

Diwakar Education Hub Publication shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure, interruption, or delay in fulfilling its obligations, including its replacement, refund, or service commitments, if such failure or delay arises due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, or other natural disasters; acts of God; epidemics, pandemics, or outbreaks; famine or plague; actions or restrictions imposed by courts, governmental authorities, or changes in law; explosions; war, terrorism, armed conflict; labor strikes, lockouts, boycotts; or any other event, whether foreseen or unforeseen, that is beyond the reasonable control of Diwakar Education Hub Publication (each a “Force Majeure Event”
